This approach was conceived as a one-of-a-kind sensory experience. Touchpoints on the wall triggered projection-mapped animations paired with sound, transforming static space into an interactive environment. Guided by Mailchimp’s Expert Absurdist ethos, the experience leaned into playful illustration, offbeat proportions, and unexpected triggers, turning product features into moments of discovery.

As Creative Director, I led the development of an interactive installation that brought the all-in-one platform to life. Demo stations highlighted CRM benefits, showing how to tag, segment, and activate campaigns across channels. Scripted walkthroughs made personalization and mobile capabilities feel clear and actionable.
