kills Builder Workshops were designed to deepen engagement with Mailchimp’s high-value Standard and Premium customers. These in-person sessions blended product education with hands-on learning, offering practical guidance in an approachable setting.

As Global Creative Director, I partnered closely with external agency leadership to shape the creative framework for the program. Workshops featured expert-led tutorials, hands-on exercises, and one-on-one consultations at the TechKnow Bar, followed by networking happy hours that encouraged peer connection and direct access to Mailchimp specialists.
