/ About the work

Skills Builder Workshops were designed to deepen engagement with Mailchimp's high-value Standard and Premium customers through hands-on, in-person learning.


The program focused on helping existing users unlock new or underutilized product tools in a setting that felt practical, approachable, and useful.


Built as a traveling program, the workshops relied on modular, easily transported scenic kits that scaled from market to market. Small-footprint demo stations allowed the experience to flex into conventions and trade shows, extending the program beyond standalone workshops while maintaining consistency and craft.


/ Engagement

As Global Creative Director, I partnered closely with the agency Creative Director and their team to shape the creative framework for the program. Workshops featured expert-led tutorials, hands-on exercises, and one-on-one consultations at the TechKnow Bar, providing direct access to strategists and technical support.


Creative details throughout the experience, from environmental touches to considered swag, reinforced learning while fostering connection. Networking happy hours rounded out each session, bringing business owners together to share knowledge, build relationships, and engage with Mailchimp as a trusted partner in their growth.
