/ About the work
PeopleCare 3.0 was the next evolution of Wellstar’s brand platform. Research had surfaced an important gap: people understood the breadth of what Wellstar offered, but the brand needed to more clearly demonstrate the expertise behind its care.
“That’s PeopleCare” brought that expertise together with the humanity already at the heart of the brand.
Film became the clearest expression of the idea. Real-time moments captured precision, technology and capability, while shifts into slow-motion observation focused on something more personal: a reassuring gesture, a moment of listening, the connection between an expert and the person in front of them.
The campaign deliberately moved away from the somber conventions of healthcare advertising in favor of something confident, active and forward-moving, extending the system across film, photography, out of home, print and social.
/ Engagement
As Creative Director, I led the work from concept and art direction through production and post, helping define how PeopleCare should look, sound and move.
The production was built specifically for the campaign rather than relying on stock. Clinical environments, medical equipment, casting, wardrobe, cinematography, photography, sound and music were considered together to create a world that felt clinically credible but still cinematic and human.
The result was a visual system designed to make Wellstar’s expertise visible without reducing it to a list of capabilities, while keeping humanity at the center of the work.
